Test 400 + Tren
I've just recently completed a test prop +anavar cycle as follows
Test- 525/week 11 weeks
Anavar 75mg/week (last 8 weeks)
Clomid and nolva for pct.
I had great results with this cycle. Gained 20 lbs and my bench went up from 185 to 335 (srs)
Current stats:
5'7
160lbs
Around 10-12% BF
I'm going to take 2-3 months off then hop on my first tren cycle. This is what I plan on doing. Let me know what y'all think.
Test 400(50%enanthate 50%cyp) - 350mg for 10 weeks
Tren ace- 60mg EOD 6-8 weeks. Not sure if I should do it for the last or first 6-8 weeks.
Hcg - weeks 3-10 (500iu/week)
Pct (2 weeks after last injection for 4 weeks)
Clomid- 50/50/50/50
Nolva- 40/20/20/20

Ya I was thinking I should probably wait longer. Why should the hcg be started earlier as the test barely kicks in at 2 weeks? Yes I was 140. I'm trying to gain alot more weight and I don't wanna just run test. I'd like to weigh 170-175

How did your joints feel going from 185 to more than 3 plates?

Not to mention tren is not somethin you wanna jump into on your 2nd cycle. If you are looking to gain some lbs, theres alot better ways to do it.

The only thing anabolic you need at this point is food. The reality is your diet and meal plan strategy is straight garbage.
Honesty is the hardest pill to swallow, but eating the way you described above you are wasting your time and money on gear

4-5 cycles and you are 160lbs, sorry man you doing something wrong. Whats going to happen now, you are going back to under 150lbs?

Buy a scale and spend one week of weighing what you normally eat (protein carbs and fat) and I guarantee you that you will find your problem. Nobody bashing on you, just giving honest answers

5,000 calories is alot for my weight. I'm eating enough. What do you think is the best "bulking steroid " then?

No you are not going to put on 24+ lbs of mostly muscle on deca and sdrol. Do you think you could put on 10 or 12 or 15 lbs of muscle in a cycle? You will put on more water than anything.
If you are set on adding something to your cycle, start with something easy like dbol for 4 or 6 wks with good liver support. You will gain size but still alot will be water.
What you have to realize is your body does not want to get bigger- it wants to stay the same. Thats part of the reason your metabolism stays high. Once you acjieve a certain weight or size, say a 10or12 lb increase- ypu have to maintain that size for quite a while for your body to accept the new size. Then you can have the same metabolosm at 160 or 170 etc. Then you take the next step to gain another 10 or 15 lbs or whatever it is. Of you try to go from 150 to 190 quickly, your body is gonna fight you.
And no, tren is not the best bulker- even seasoned guys have to have a good strategy to be able to bulk on tren.
