    Test 400 + Tren

    I've just recently completed a test prop +anavar cycle as follows

    Test- 525/week 11 weeks

    Anavar 75mg/week (last 8 weeks)

    Clomid and nolva for pct.

    I had great results with this cycle. Gained 20 lbs and my bench went up from 185 to 335 (srs)

    Current stats:
    5'7
    160lbs
    Around 10-12% BF

    I'm going to take 2-3 months off then hop on my first tren cycle. This is what I plan on doing. Let me know what y'all think.

    Test 400(50%enanthate 50%cyp) - 350mg for 10 weeks

    Tren ace- 60mg EOD 6-8 weeks. Not sure if I should do it for the last or first 6-8 weeks.

    Hcg- weeks 3-10 (500iu/week)

    Pct (2 weeks after last injection for 4 weeks)

    Clomid- 50/50/50/50

    Nolva- 40/20/20/20

    Ive never run tren before. Is there anything else I need? Caber?

    2-3 months is not nearly enough time off before cycling again. Time On + PCT = Time Off.

    HCG Should be started earlier than Week 3.

    Wouldn't advise Tren at your stats, not necessary.

    Also your post implies you were 140 lbs before cycling and now you are 160 lbs, is that correct?

    Ya I was thinking I should probably wait longer. Why should the hcg be started earlier as the test barely kicks in at 2 weeks? Yes I was 140. I'm trying to gain alot more weight and I don't wanna just run test. I'd like to weigh 170-175

    Post your diet including exact quantities of each meal. Also how old are you?

    I don't track my food. I just try to get 4-5 meals, 2 mass gainer shakes and around 4-5k calories a day. I have an extremely fast metabolism so it's hard to put on weight. I eat a high carb high protein diet. I'm 25

    Definitely need to fix your diet. No amount of gear is going to help when you aren't dialed in on your meals. Read the stickies in our diet & nutrition section to educate yourself and go from there. Mass gainer shakers are no healthier than McDonalds

    How did your joints feel going from 185 to more than 3 plates?

    My shoulders would hurt a little when I went really heavy but I usually didn't go crazy heavy to avoid injury

    Well that's good.
    Again,be careful,monitor bloods and always have PCT on hand and ready.

    Not to mention tren is not somethin you wanna jump into on your 2nd cycle. If you are looking to gain some lbs, theres alot better ways to do it.

    I've done 4 cycles. All test only cycle except for this last one..I used to be way bigger but I took a year off training(don't ask me why) and got skinny as fuck. What do you suggest I stack with test to bulk up then? I'm not doing a test only cycle

    The only thing anabolic you need at this point is food. The reality is your diet and meal plan strategy is straight garbage.

    Honesty is the hardest pill to swallow, but eating the way you described above you are wasting your time and money on gear

    I gained 20 lbs and over 130 lbs on my bench eating the diet I do. I'm not trying to be a professional bodybuilder. I'm just trying to be big as fuck

    To be as big as fuck you need to eat as big as fuck. Take all the gear you want but if you don’t eat enough to gain or feed the new mus let you will lose it all when you come off.

    Tren is the worst bulking steroid there is imo.

    5,000 calories is alot for my weight. I'm eating enough. What do you think is the best "bulking steroid" then?

    Eating a lot and eating a lot correctly are two completely different things. The fact that you are using mass gainer shakes is black and white that you don't know how to diet.

    4-5 cycles and you are 160lbs, sorry man you doing something wrong. Whats going to happen now, you are going back to under 150lbs?

    I explained above I used to be way bigger but I took a year off training and got small. Trying to get back to my old size

    Buy a scale and spend one week of weighing what you normally eat (protein carbs and fat) and I guarantee you that you will find your problem. Nobody bashing on you, just giving honest answers
