Don’t really know where to start
I’m 52 ex college athlete and have been working out for decades. I am in great shape and my blood work is very good. I eat healthy and do about 4 - 5 days in the gym. I am slowly losing strength and a little bit of visual size. I also am getting a bit less vascular. I would like to start some type of stack to help me continue to excel and look good. Married 31 years and my wife is a former competitive body builder. Not sure she would support my interest in cycling. Any advice where to start at this point? Open book if there are any additional details needed.
