I’m 21 and will be doing 500mg/wk of test-e.
It’s my first ever cycle but I have a few questions.
I’m around 17-18% body fat. Should I continue to cut on this cycle and add a f ton of more cardio since I’ll be anti-catabolic and it’ll be hard to burn muscle if I put myself into a bigger deficit?
What should I expect physically and mentally?
Considering I’m cutting, should I keep a 500 cal deficit or eat at maintenance?
