    Would be better to use pharma adex, nolva and clomid.

    Thats something you really dont want bunk or underdosed.

    Yes you'll need plenty of lean meats, and at least 6-8 hours sleep a night.

    For me, sleep is my biggest hurdle, and what effects gains the most for me

    Be mindful of your goals. What you posted in an earlier thread is unachievable (180lbs @20% to 180lbs @ 10%). I’d be inclined to cut down first then bulk on cycle.

    Thats exactly my problem right now, i am tracking my sleep and i hardly get in couple of hours of sleep.

    As far as diet goes, i am slowly but steadily understanding my diet and dailing it in correctly.

    Btw i am all about lean meats anytime.

    Its a goal, its a journey. And i am in no rush, thanks to ya'll. I am getting a lot of information around here and digesting it slowly and steadily. And being careful.

    A lot of meat tends to build residue in my colon and makes me feel bloated. I eat a lot of greens to flush the colon. My abs look flatter when I eat greens and fiber.

    Btw choriomon has only 1ml of amp to mix. Should it be like 5ml for 5000 iu ?

    That works for me too. I eat a whole lettuce with just balsamic, salt and a drizzle of EVO. Feel great the next day.
