    First Tren Run

    Good morning everybody. I’ve committed to doing tren with my next cycle having 4 cycles under my belt with everything going well. I’ve been doing a lot of reading and I’m having trouble deciding weather to run the test higher then the tren or the tren higher then the test. In all my research it seems to be very divided on what people think is best. I’ve read Atomini’s everything you need to know about tren as well as the laws of tren but I’m still undecided. Does anybody have any specific reasons why I should run tren a certain way, especially for my first time or personal experience? Stats are 25, 220, 14% BF, 5’11”. Thank you I’m advance for any help!

    IMO a good place to start is test e at 1/2 cc 2x a week which should come to 250mg/week and tren 1cc eod which should come to 400mg/week. You don't need a lot of test when you're running tren as your androgen receptors will have their hands full with the tren so there's no point in taking more test than you need to maintain normal sexual function. The key with this cycle will be effectively controlling prolactin as that seems to be a difficult aspect of running 19nors for most of us to get down pat.

    It helps tremendously in combating prolactin if your test isn't too high because the higher the test then typically the higher your estrogen which will make it more difficult to control prolactin. Of course running an AI will be necessary when running tren, even if your test is so low because, again, we're trying to keep estrogen low so prolactin will be easier to control. That's my take on it.

    I would run tren at 200mg per week on a first run.
    Run test at 500 if you are bulking.
    Run test at 200-300 if you are cutting.

    I would run enough Test to maintain the blood concentration level, 300mg/wk and dose Tren at 300mg/wk, on your first Tren run. Basically, run Test to stabilize the blood level and let Tren do the heavy lifting in the cycle.

    Thank you all for the response and the help. My goal is more recomp then anything else. Since it is my first run I’ll keep the tren and test at 300mg a week each for the duration and see how my body reaponds

    That would be a good start, maybe a little on the tren to to start with

    Tren is good for recomping or cutting IMO. It's very hard to bulk on tren IMO, especially consider it hurts appetite for many, including myself in my experience. The insomnia/frequent waking up isn't fun, use melatonin if it gets bad, pop a melatonin and go to bed early. Night sweats too, get a fan going it's summer out. Change your pillow cases weekly or more. Have caber or prami (try to get caber, prami will make you sick) ready for the prolactin buildup. Make sure to run an AI too. Play with the test doses, some people like high some people like low. See what you like.
    With your stats 220 and 14% you're probably more of a mesomorph naturally, so you'll like Tren. It'll help recomp you. For ectos like myself, Idk I am not too crazy about tren except when I do a rare NPC show. I'm looking to put on weight more and Tren doesn't do that in my experience.

    Awesome thanks for the reply. I already have pharma adex and caber and will run .5 Adex EOD and caber .5mg twice a week.

    Agree with Scotch and Deadlift - either 500/200 or 300/300 are great options for Test/Tren . You'll want to use Tren Ace for the first time. Gets in and out the system the fastest so it makes managing side effects easier.

    Disagree with Aero on Tren not being good for bulking - a dialed in nutrition can produce some great results. Appetite decrease is a bad excuse, appetite is mostly mental imo and B12 can offset that.

    If you choose 300/300 then use caber from the beginning, don't wait for prolactin issues. I think that 0.35mg of Caber E3D would be sufficient but someone can correct me if I am wrong. I would invest the extra money in pharma grade for both your AI and Caber if you were planning to go the UGL route.
