Coming off a 4 year lifting hiatus...looking for some new "jumpstarter" supplements.

    Hey guys.

So, I'm finally getting motivated to start working out again (with a new goal of being cut and lean like Michael Phelps, but with maybe 10lbs more muscle), and I am on the market for some good, solid, pro hormone-like supplements that can get my body where I want it to be, and kick start my gains. Last PH I tried was Super DMZ 3.0 + Cycle Armor + AD-3 PCT four years ago. What would be a PH (or PH equivalent) that would give me similar gains but not be super harsh on my body this time around? Thanks in advance. On a side note, I'm 33 years old and not a n00b to proper diet and nutrition, and practice 23:1 intermittent fasting as of late. 5'10, 160lbs, kinda basic/average looking/borderline skinny fat, so I'm looking to change all that. Thanks again.

    Care to elaborate?

    And PH? Why?

I eat around 2500 calories or so in one sitting and then don't eat again until 23 hours later. Tons of water in between to aid digestion/cell repair, but no actual food until the exact same time the next day. Obviously I'll need to bump calories to about 2800 or so once I really crack down on my workout regimen again. PH because I can vouch for them actually working, I've taken Hemobolin 250, Super DMZ 3.0 and SuperDrol (the real shit, not the herbal garbage that came out later). Just not sure if I wanna deal with the sides again but that comes with any hard drug/steroid .

I don't plan on cycling multiple times a year. I just want to do it once to completely kick my body into high gear, then after that I will return to natty lifting to minimize the long term damage.

When I was much bigger I was taking in about 3800-4000 calories a day but I am 100% over trying to be big/huge. I want to be lean and cut like I was when I was 25. I'm 33 now. So a good cutting agent will come in handy along with my monster routine that I wrote years ago.

Those PHs are toxic and your PCT isn't even a real PCT drug. If you're going to do it then do it properly, follow this guide to a T: https://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-...rst-cycle.html

I am skeptical about 2000+ calories in one sitting. That would be difficult to digest all at once.

For the first few days, it is hard. You'll feel slightly nauseous but after that you get used to it. I was intermittent fasting when I lifted before and it worked out fine. Terry Crews actually went the intermittent fasting route and he feels great. Gives you more time in the day to do other things as well, instead of splitting all of the meals up throughout the day.

That isn't good for digestion though. I think it will be very difficult to make gains and I'm skeptical if it's healthy.

It has been shown in studies that eating once per day is not healthy. There is nothing wrong with fasting and many members have and do fast as part of their regiment (including me). However, one meal per day is not good for digestion along with a magnitude of other health reasons.

I ate over 50 pieces of sushi at all you can eat sushi the other day. And I, for one, think it was a great idea. I was in a food coma for the rest of the day, but it was worth it.

BTW OP, if you were seriously lifting 4 years ago, muscle memory should do its job, and you do not need anything to "kick start."

    Great resource:

Just start fresh with basics like your macros, micros, and volume/frequency.
I got back into after a year and enjoy being healthy as well as strong.
Focus on sleep, avoiding toxins(to optimize hormones) etc etc.
You'll get strong and bigger than what you last were.

Is Super DMZ 5.0 any good? I heard it doesn't include any of the potent steroidal compounds that made Super DMZ 3.0 stand out. I found it for a good price but don't want to waste my money if it's some fancy herbal bullshit

Ok, have you even tried it? I've been on IF for a year now
Its a great way to live for me, just tired of waking up and eating breakfast every morning. Coffee in the morning and I'm good to not eat until 12-2pm

I honestly think the problem here is the "jump start".......its short and temporary like a "diet"..........I think your focus should be "lifestyle change" so that you don't come down off a high of a supplement or a diet thats short. The goal is to maintaining a level of daily exercise for life. I think you need to determine what the problem was originally and why you stopped for 4 years and got skinny fat.

With that being said I wouldn't use anything more then a simple cup of coffee or caffeine pill prior to the gym. Setup a meal plan thats a happy medium and not to the extreme and a consistent structured workout routine. Just my 2 cents here.......good luck with the comeback!!

I can not figure why you want to stress your system with this kind of garbage? Do PH work. Yeah, sure. Does it have solid scientific and anecdotal backing, no! At least when you run "standard" AAS cycles there is plenty of evidence of what you can expect in terms of gains and potential side effects and how to deal with those issues should they occur. Plan a real cycle, eat and train and forget this PH shit.

Why are you in the market for a "good, solid, prohormone-like supplement?" Why would you WANT drugs that are only marginally effective, far harsher on the body, and twice as expensive as real AAS?

Your results would be exponentially better if you ran a simple test only cycle with the proper ancillaries and pct.

Prohormones are more expensive, less effective, and harder on your body than the actual hormone itself. Stick with the shit doctors prescribe, not some weird shit cooked up in a lab somewhere without any studied effects or side effects, thrown into a bottle with a fancy label, and given a marketable name like "super dmz" lol.

Don't fall for that shit man.

You want something to help you build muscle and burn fat? We have something for that and it's called AAS!

I've heard iSatori Bio Gro works pretty well, I thought it was just a pre workout? Apparently it was banned a few years ago? I swear nothing sticks around long anymore

Testosterone has been around since 1889 but hey, who's counting. I'm out.
