If you used long esters I'd keep taking the same AI amount for 10 days or so. Continue with TRT regimen right after, otherwise you'll clear then wait until build back up to your TRT level.

TRT is your "normal" Test level so you can go from blast to TRT right away. As for the AI, the half life of a long ester is about 5 to 8 days so you can keep your AI going for a week to 10 days after your last blast shot.Quote:
