    Transition from blast to trt

Do I wait 1 or 2 weeks after last blast dose to start trt dose? Or do I just do trt dose the next pin day? Also how to adjust AI during transition?

If you used long esters I'd keep taking the same AI amount for 10 days or so. Continue with TRT regimen right after, otherwise you'll clear then wait until build back up to your TRT level.

TRT is your "normal" Test level so you can go from blast to TRT right away. As for the AI, the half life of a long ester is about 5 to 8 days so you can keep your AI going for a week to 10 days after your last blast shot.

This was a good question ... I would of just jumped right back into my TRT protocol with the same TRT AI dose . Glad this was asked. My E would have been a mess
