Gyno and E2 HELP- My first cycle (In my first week)

Hi guys,

Im freaking abit and would appreciate any help. (Im new to the forum)
(Will leave my cycle plan in the bottom.)

I am currently in the 5th day of my cycle. I have pinned two times with 250mg test cyp each time. (500mg/week)
Stats: 80.5 kg, 23 years old, 176cm, bodyfat near 20% probably.

I planned to take 0.5mgs arimidex eod, but i started touching my nipples and felt a little lump under my nipple. So I freaked out and took a little nolva. After the 20 mgs+adex i still got a boner, but after 40mgs i do not get so hard, but i manage to get it up. So i belive ive crashed or lowered my e2 significantly. How should i proceed from here to not crash my e2 even more, and get in the sweetspot?

Here is what i have taken so far:

Day 1: 0.5 mg arimidex + 250mg test cyp
Day 2: Nothing
Day 3: 0.5mg arimidex
Day 4: 20 mg nolva + 250 mg test cyp
Day 5: 0.5mg arimidex + 40 mg nolva
Day 6: today havent taken anything at all.

Letro is on the way from supplier. Currently I have on hand: Arimidex, Clomid, Nolva, HCG

What my cycle is supposed to be:

- Testosterone Cypionate - 500mg a week (Total 12 weeks) [2 times per week]
- Armidex - 0.5mg [EOD - Every other Day]

PCT (Starting 2 weeks after last injection)

- Clomid - 100mg/50mg/50mg/50mg
- Nolvadex - 40mg/20mg/20mg/20mg

Or

- Armidex - 0.5mg Armidex (Total 4 weeks) [1-2 time per week]
- HCG 1000-1500mg (Total 4 weeks) [500mg 2 times per week]
