how long should i continue my pct?

Hello guys, i just have two short questions

1. If i happen to have an excess amount of nolva+clomid that can last for 6 to 8 weeks should i continue or just stick to the 4 week pct?

2. I have some signs of gyno (puffy nipples) and i know it's not a short process to reverse it but should i keep running low dose nlova after the end of my pct until it's reversed or switch to ralxo at 60mg/day till it's reversed?

*Recovering from my first cycle 500mg/week test E, AI arimidex 0.25 eod and I'm on my the forth week of my pct.

Keep your PCT to 4 weeks.

You can continue running ralox or nolva for gyno reversal. I personally prefer ralox but nolva is more popular. Nolva makes my face red and flushed.
