Current cycle consists of test e 500mg a week,60mg tbol everyday ,place i ordered from recommends .5 mg anastrozole ed,on here for a beginners cycle we recommend. 25mg eod,thoughts on this please? Just looking to educate myself further and get some expert opinions. Thanks all!

Thank you both for responding, but don't ppl who aromatise more than others take half a tab eod instead of quarter tab eod? Just curious of they recommend the higher dose due to the tbol?
Some back ground to why I'm asking,my cycle consists of test e 500 mg per week, and 60mg tbol per day,everything was fine sex drive bloat etc,than at week 4 and five alot of bloat and nipples getting huge and puffy ,no lumps, but definitely no where near normal ,so I took nolva 20mg for 2 days then 10mg for 3 days, and upped my adex to quarter tab ed,bloat went down and puffy nipples went away,I started getting some soreness in my joints etc and it was suggested that I was tanking my estrogen level,so I waited 3 days but my labido went way down and started getting puffy again,so went back to quarter tab eod as recommended but puffiness still clearly present and labido down,so started taking quarter tab ed and labido started coming back and puffiness going away,sooo long story short lol, wondering if more is recommended due to the tbol?Quote:

tbol doesn't bloat.
It takes a few weeks for the Test to build up in your body to full concentration strength. If you start on day 1 of your cycle with .5mg/ed of Adex, you're going to crash your E2 and you'll feel pretty crappy. I would recommend that you start your AI on your 3rd week, if you're running a long ester'd Test and on week 2 if you're running a short ester. Run the Adex at .25mg/eod and do a mid cycle blood test at week 6 and make adjustments to your Adex.Quote:

Just be sensitive to the way you feel. If you start to feel a lump, then increase the dose. Over medicating the Adex from the beginning is just as bad as not taking an AI.
