Critique my Tren Recomp (4th cycle)

After much research and chatting with forum members here, here is my recomp cycle built around my first time with tren:

(Weeks 1-8)

Test Prop: 50mg EOD
Tren Ace: 50mg EOD
Masteron: 100mg EOD
Cardanine: 20mg ED

Adex: 0.5mg/week
Caber: As needed
HCG: 500iu 2x/week

(Weeks 9-10)

Test Prop: 50mg EOD
Cardanine: 20mg ED

(Week 11-14)

Clomid: 100/100/50/50
Nolva: 40/40/20/20

Does it matter what ester of Masteron I choose to go with? Only reason I ask is because the enanthate ester obviously carries more per 1ml, so it would require less frequent pinning and less volume per injection.

up to 100eod of tren and left the test prop 50mg eod.

Drop the masteron and winny at 40-50mg ed.

I think your cycle looks great the way it is. Run mast prop to keep consistent with esters - best of luck.

A critique usually comes with feedback, perhaps with some reasoning why you’re critiquing my cycle.

No offense bro, but all this seems like is a recommendation based on personal experiences and nothing more. That’s the equivalent of some gym bro giving nutrition advice because it worked for him. That doesn’t work for me… So let me provide you some feedback on your suggestions so you understand where I’m coming from.

I’m very wary of tren sides, so I’m not willing to go over 75mg EOD. 50mg EOD seems like a far more preferable starting point, and I can adjust from there.

I’m not willing to do orals on this cycle, I’m giving my liver a break.

I added masteron because all I’ve been reading is how it’s synergistic with the Tren/test stack and should always be included. It frees up testosterone, keeps estrogen lower, and is an overall feel good compound that will counteract the shitty side of tren that makes you feel like you want to kill someone. Also helps with looking more conditioned while cutting or recomping, which I’ll be doing.

If you have something to add in regards to why you made your suggestions… Please feel free to chime in. Id just hope to hear a little more than a suggestion of a stack with absolutely no reason why the suggestion is made.

You could run the tren at 10 weeks if you wanted depending on how your body responds to it. Alternatively you could keep prop at 8 weeks, strictly personal preference. You don't really have to change anything though.

If your body handles tren well you will be hard pressed to want to use other compounds in the future.

Cardanine: 20mg ED You don't need this.

(Week 11-14)

Clomid: 100/100/50/50
Nolva: 40/40/20/20

You're running short esters for the Test/Tren so run a short ester for the Mast. Do a little cardio and you'll look lean and hard.

Agree with Scotch on dropping Cardanine - I think peptides are junk for what they do versus what they cost its not a good return on investment into your body. Cardanine same price as a bottle of test where I live.

After calculating out how much Test/Tren/Mast I will be using per EOD injection, it will equate out to 2.4ml in the syringe. Damn...that's more than I've ever done. Will this amount of oil be injectable into the delts? I usually rotate delts and quads.

Low dose of test with tren if you want to recomp is the best.Because if you have strogen on check , you wont bloat and the proloactin stay in normal ranges.
Now add some dhts , yes masteron is dht but if you are +10%bf you wont notice nothing.

Winstrol can dry out with more bf.

Drop the cardarine and add some clen if you want.

2ml+ in delt sounds too much. Why not inject ED or split up into two injections EOD?

I've never done over 1 in the delts, so I'm not much help, but the quads no problem. Maybe consider the pecs. I know many don't like injecting there, but i love it, and the volume shouldn't be an issue.... Or at least isn't an issue for me. I rotate quads/chest/delts/right glute..... (Because I'm just too uncoordinated to do left glute :)

This is NOT a real appealing idea to me, but another thought is to break up the injections into two, mast/test in one, tren in another... Or whichever you want. Yeah, it's two injections but if you still want to keep low volume in your delts, its an option.

A very good point. In regards to splitting up the doses into two separate syringes, how would you feel about this setup:

Day 1: 100mg Mast + 50mg Tren (1.66ml) --> Thigh
Day 2: 75mg Test (0.75ml) --> Delt
Day 3: 100mg Mast + 50mg Tren (1.66ml) --> Thigh
Day 4: 75mg Test (0.75ml) --> Delt
Day 5: 100mg Mast + 50mg Tren (1.66ml) --> Thigh
Day 6: 75mg Test (0.75ml) --> Delt
Day 7:100mg Mast + 50mg Tren (1.66ml) --> Thigh

Another option would be to just do them all not the same day, and take off all injections EOD. Does it matter if they Tren/Mast are injected on Day 1, and Test is injected on day 2. Or should they all be the same day?

You're certainly putting in your time thinking about this :), good work.

It doesn't matter if you do them all on the same day, or alternating days... It won't change your weekly amount. For me, fooling around with that stuff every single day would get old pretty quick. I think I'd go for doing everything at one time, EOD.

I started pinning my calves again with no issues but I'm level 6 crazy. Done up to 3mL in my calves but they are big, probably best part of my physique.

Thanks! I tend to err on the side of caution when injecting toxic compounds in my body. If I'm gonna do it, I may as well do it right.

It looks like I have options; 2 separate pins on the same day, or those 2 separate pins done EOD. It may come down to a matter of convenience as I typically pin first thing in the AM before work.

i recently read that site enhancement might not be a myth after all. Maybe there’s something to that...
My calves aren’t that great, so I may try this just for the hell of it

Unfortunately probably not. I tried it a few times but could never get comfortable with it. The last time I tried I ended up at such a weird angle that when I pulled the pin out it was nearly bent at a 90 degree angle. Never again since that day...

Agree with Scotch. Only thing I would change is to only use .25 of caber x 2 per week. At the AAS doses you're proposing you should not need any more, assuming you're making an effort to control your E2.
