I took my first shot of deca 200mg yesterday with the thought my test would be in today with my pct, my dealer got in a wreck and now I wont have no test, how will I recover , will I crash?? Help

Just stop till you get some test, you'll be fine

This is the reason why you never ever ever wanna start a cycle until you have EVERYTHING you'll need for cycle AND PCT.

That being said, with just one shot of deca, I highly doubt you'll suffer any kind of serious shutdown. This is not an experienced opinion, but I think the only thing that might shut you down after one shot is a really high dose of tren. You'll probably be just fine until you get your test.
