    Preparing my first ever Cycle

    Hello eveyone ,

    Stats :
    Height:193cm
    weight:88kg
    age:24
    Years of training:My whole life i ve been to sports ,5 years lifting (2 with knowledge).
    BF: around 10-11%

    Lifts: Bench Press : 52kg Dumbells x1 max rep
    deads:160kg
    squats:160kg

    I ve been crawling around here for way too long , doing my research on AAS and learning everyday.
    I am preparing a cycle after i finish my summer job , it will be around September.

    Cycle :
    (I already have these on hand)
    500mg Test E split among 2 shots / Monday-thrusday
    AI: Arimidex , gonna split 1 pill to smaller doses through period of a week , 0.25 =4 times/week 0.5=2 times/week
    I have Nolvadex and Clomiphene on hand as well , going to follow the PCT protocol after i finish my cycle , maybe i ll toss Nolva during cycle if needed.
    HCG : didnt manage to find Pregnyl since they dont produce it anymore , didnt manage to find merional , my only option is Ovidrel and i dont know how to dose it yet , but not starting the cycle until i learn to.

    What i really wanna do and it is not advisable by probably many in here , is that i wanna toss NPP as well for my first cycle, i have a source for top quality NPP(supplier of my IFBB pro gym owner who happens to be also my friend).


    What are your thoughts of my plan ? Shall i add NPP ? , if yes shall i stay 200mg doses per week ? what else i should expect (side effects )?


    PS: forgot to mention the supps i ll be using during cycle contain , coq10 , livercare(healthaid) , vitamin C ,multivitamin, Testo booster (goldtouch nutrition), NAC,L-glutathione .

    Gonna have bloods done before cycle and after cycle .

    Good job on having the bloods done, I am really bad at not doing that. I personally would just do what you already have on hand since it is your first cycle and see how your body takes it. It's easier to eliminate stuff that is effecting your body if you add it on one at a time. If any problems do persist that is. Also, I would do 0.25mg of Adex eod instead .5 twice a week. Best of luck to ya man!

    24 isn't a terrible age to start. I think most on here would say wait another year or two but I say go for it. I'm in the exact same boat as you and my plan is almost identical to yours.

    My only thing is I would say just do test, no NPP, simply because you don't know exactly how test is going to affect you yet, and if things go wrong with that and NPP, you won't know what's causing more of the trouble. Even with test, you're most likely going to run into some things you may or may not expect and I think it's just a better idea to learn your way around test and how it affects you and how to deal with everything that comes up before adding something else into the mix. If you decide to add NPP anyway, it certainly wouldn't be anywhere near the dumbest thing I've seen someone on here do for their first cycle. I say other than that, you're g2g.

Arimidex is pretty strong and too high of a dose at one time will crash your estrogen and you'll only end up feeling lethargic. 0.25mg EOD is adequate until you get your midcycle bloods back then you can adjust from there

HCG is a must for recovery and to keep the boys full. Typically comes 5,000ius, constitute with 2 mls of bacteriostatic water into a vial. I like Ovidac as is comes with it's own vial. Draw out .10 on a slin pin which will give you the 250ius

Not recommended to include NPP, you don't know how your body will react to the Test. You may be extremely estrogen and/or prolactin sensitive, throwing in NPP will only compound your issues. Besides you have a slow breakdown with the Enanthate ester and a faster breakdown ester in the NPP, one will be injected 2x a week, the other EOD for stable blood levels. This could make the side effects difficult to manage. Most prefer Test Prop or TPP with NPP and inject EOD

    Thanks Morphene , thats what i ve been thinking. it might be better just one at a time for a first cycle but then the evil side of me is yelling that i wont achieve an anabolic environment that my body would react to and start growing , with just TEST and that i already gonna shut down myself with just TEST .
    I might be overthinking this .

    That really helped me alot , i knew NPP is a fast acting steroid and i would need a test prop or a Sust to combine it .
    Since i have that long ester on hand i ll just stay off NPP , better safe than sorry , i am being realistic , i ve read alot but when it comes to face the sides practically , shit hits the fan.

    If you could recommend a kick starter for a first cycle , what would it be ? ( probably none xD )

    None is right. That being said, I've heard of people using DBOL as a kick start on their first cycle and being just fine. But just because some people had no issues doesn't mean others won't. It's a bad idea for sure, but if you feel like you MUST add something as a kick start, DBOL is pretty run-of-the-mill for that and probably not the most unsafe option (aside from the obvious dangers of orals). But I'm not sure what a better option would be.

    Yea i was between Deca and Dbol , but man oh man , deca is the drug of heavens , from personal experience , i ve seen the results in bodybuilding and combating real life issues ( my aunt has deadly muscle wasting disease,deca is giving her LIFE) . Thats why i was so obsessed with Deca in the first place .
    Thanks alot for your 2 replies, i decided to just run Test-E , i am sitting in a pretty good spot as of now , all natural.

    Running anything with Test on a first cycle is a very poor decision. If you encounter any side effects you will not know what is causing it and waste half of your cycle trying to solve the issue. You shouldn't even consider NPP for a cycle in the near future. One of the most important concepts to understand is that steroids have a ceiling and diminishing returns. 19nor steroids (Tren , NPP, Nandrolone Decanoate, etc) are the strongest anabolic /androgenic . On top of that they are the hardest to recover from.

    If you think you are ready to cycle I would challenge you to post your diet in our diet and nutrition section. Without a dialed in diet, steroids are a waste of money.

    Great advice from the guys above. You should be able to make fantastic gains on a test only cycle. If you don't you only have one person to blame.

    First of all yea great replies from everyone , i really appreciate that and i will take your advice.
    Secondly, yea i do believe i am ready for my cycle , my diet was pinpoint during winter time , and now due to my summer job , i only track total calories -protein-fiber. I reach protein and fiber goals then i fill the rest of the calories with quality food , not just some random junk.
    At the moment sitting at 3400( which is almost my maintanance) and lifting as heavy as i can, switch between Upper-Lower Splits and PPL .

    I know npp is 19ester but i am not afraid of deca dick or anything , not going to start something without the right guidance and knowledge , i am patient and i am willing to wait as long as it is needed.

    Protein is only 1 out of 5 pieces of the puzzle. Not tracking Carbs, Fats, and Micronutrients is not a recipe for success. There was actually a study done that showed when people didn't track all their macros, they were wrong 95% of the time when asked to guess how many calories they thought they were consuming in a day. Until you eat, sleep, and breath nutrition then you shouldn't put a needle in your hand.

    Don't use a job, significant other, etc as a crutch for not achieving your goals. Your summer job doesn't care about you achieving the best physique possible. The Walmart sold out of chicken breast doesn't care about your macros. Excuses make you only as good as the average man. Do you want to be only average?

    Indeed , no excuses on that.
    That being said i didnt mean i reach protein and fiber and i stop counting, i am still counting total calories but i just dont care for specific macro and micro nutrient goals .
