Why do you want to increase it? Is this a chronic reading or one-time thing?
Three things to keep in mind:
1) BP testing can be thrown off by many factors
2) BP fluctuates all day long and day to day
3) if you are not having problems bc of a lowish reading, you dont need to "fix" it

I can get my blood pressure to raise 20 points on both just by hearing my phone text notification from my gf
I usually rest 112/60.
If slightly "perterbed" it's like 150/89
Lower is good.
But a better measure is pulse pressure (the difference of systolic and diastolic)
E.g. 120/80 has a pulse pressure of 40 hmgLast edited by Couchlockd; 07-20-2018 at 08:15 PM.

Fuck I had higher bp than that sleeping at 2 years old.
We need to have a blood pumping competition.
A hose with a needle at each end see who can blow the other persons heart up...
I would be champ!
