I Need Help!
Hey,
I'm new to this board as well as to the supplement world. I currently weigh 170 pounds and I would like to shoot for 195 to 200. I want to do this in a relatively safe and completely legal way, can anyone help me choose the right supplements and help me with my diet? I understand that everyone out there is extremely busy, but everyone needs someone to help them out some time.
Thanks,
Nic

What up bro, I think most everyone would agree with me to eat, eat, eat, and eat some more. At least 300g protein/day. As for supplements, creatine, glutamine, a multivitamin, and to help get the protein in, whey protein powder. These are just teh basics, Im sure somebody could help you out more. peace

Diet bro... eat like 6x a day... 4000 cals and 300 grams of protien a day.
Glutimine, multi-vitimin, and whey protien is all you need.
sorry doc... didn;t see your post.

all of the above.
if i had to rate over the counter supps, i'd do it this way;
#1- protein powders. 3 or 4 shakes everyday will do wonders for your physique.
#2- creatine. i use 10 grams per day split in 2 doses, one in the morning, one post workout.
#3- glutamine. some like it , some dont. i do. i go 20-30 grams per day spaced out evenly throughout my day.
#4- plain ole multi-vitamine. i take 2 per day. one morning, one evening.
those are the size gainers. the rest of that crap they try to sell as anabolic this and that is pure BS.
doing it natural you will have to watch your fat intake more than a juiced guy would. eat about 3500-4000cals a day. 40%protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fats.
good decision to go the natural route bro, max out your potential that way, and then juice up.
hope this helps.

To aid the recovery from your workouts, it is important to drink a whey protein shake with simple sugars mixed in (good time to throw in the creatine as well) shortly after your workout. Also, work any bodypart only once a week, and don't skip legs. Heavy squats help with overall weight gain.
