    First stack cycle

Hey guys, this is my second cycle, first time stacking. Based on what someone told I’m trying test cyp with equipoise . Going to break it into two pins/week.
My question probably sounds stupid to more experienced people, but do I mix the test and eq in the same syringe when I pin?

Good to know. What would be a better option. I wanted to stay away from orals.

Is there any harm in taking the eq for one cycle? I already have it.

Equipoise is for racing horses, it pretty useless otherwise like Mr. Small said

What are your current stats (Age/height/weight/bodyfat) ?

What are your short and long term goals?

What was the before/after of your first cycle? How much test on first cycle?

Have you gotten bloodwork since completing said cycle?

    37/5’10”/208lbs/17%

Main goal is to gain lean mass and cut up overall. Been working for about 2 years with different diet and workouts but haven’t been getting to where I want to be.

First cycle was pretty light just to get used to it. 450/week test prop (which I was later advised against for first cycle).

Results were decent. Gained 9lbs lean muscle mass and lost 5% body fat.

Did labs before first cycle. I don’t have the exact numbers but test was low (mid 200’s), estrogen was on the low range.

Haven’t done new labs since PCT was finished.

Planned on 500/week test cyp this time. Someone told me to try the eq with it. Guess that was bad advice. Is it completely worthless to use since I already have it?

Personally I’d get your bf% down before you do your next cycle... that’s just opinion it will make it easier to progress and you will avoid sides easier.
I mean I don’t see anything wrong with Eq, but for a second cycle I don’t see it.
Go with deca . And keep it half of your test... ( 250-300mg )

Bodyfat needs to drop 2-5% before considering cycling again. Higher bodyfat means more estrogen due to aromatization.

Even if I was given equipoise off the shelf at a vet clinic and was given it for free I still wouldn't use it. You can use this as a learning opportunity to not spend money on something you don't understand (which really applies to anything in life). Self-education will take you a lot farther than what some bro tells you at the gym. Yeah it sucks having some of that money go to waste, but if you want to look at the glass half full people have been burned way worse than a few vials of boldenone . For example, people who buy chinese generics of HGH lose thousands of dollars, fake pharmagrade gear, straight up scams, etc.

There's only two circumstances where I've ever seen EQ spoken about in a positive manner

    (1) Reps trying to push the product for sales

    (2) Ignorant people who mistakenly attribute a successful cycle to EQ (Example, John Smith goes from 400mg of Test to 800mg of Test+EQ and thinks EQ is the reason he had a successful cycle, not the fact that he doubled his test dose).

It's a very weak compound, takes forever to kick in, and dollar for dollar its priced in the same bracket as other steroid options that are 10x better.

No sense in considering another cycle again without bloodwork again. Going in blind just opens up tons of bigger problems down the line, especially if you had results on the low end prior to using gear.

Sounds like you are having some roadblocks in your nutrition program. I would suggest posting your complete meal breakdown in our diet and nutrition section so we can help you improve upon it. Gaining muscle and cutting fat at the same time is very very challenging to do, and often leaves people disappointed at the end. It's better to pick one or the other - at your bodyfat you wan't to focus on cutting first then work upwards after that.

Diet has been the biggest struggle, but prior to cycling I was able to bring down my bfp from 33% to 22% so I guess I was doing something right. Guess it’s back to the treadmill for a while.

thanks for all the advice. I’ll take it all into consideration and check out the nutrition section.

Part of the reason you had a big transition initially is that anytime you deviate from your body's established set point you will see a big change on the scale initially then slowly plateau, whether it's losing or gaining. Part of the reason why "fad diets" like GOMAD, Modified Keto, etc continue to be bandwagoned is because they give people an unrealistic perspective of progress. That's why advertisements are always like "I lost x pounds in Y weeks doing blah blah blah" Sign up now and we'll waive the $19.95 shipping and handling fee.

If some twig of a man starts drinking a gallon of milk a day those calories have to go somewhere and the weight goes up. On the flip side if you take out someone's carbs, that's going to be 40-60% of someone's daily caloric intake so the scale goes down fast.

Best of luck, in summary this what you need to do in order of importance

    1a. Improve / Optimize diet,
    1b. Bodyfat % reduction

    2. Full panel bloodwork

    3. Toss or sell EQ

    4. Order all your supplies, with extra. This I can't stress enough. They have a long shelf life and you never know if you'll have a butterfingers moment and accidentally break a vial by having it slip out of your hands
