Dbol - how to usage for competitive advantage
Hi guys,
I am about 7-months out from the start of my competitive season and it lasts about 6-weeks. The workouts we have to do is done on Friday's and Mondays. Is there a way to plan Dbol usage around this to optimize performance? Never used this compound before so I am a bit out of my depth. Appreciate any input.
Thanks

May I ask why you chose dbol and what you're trying to get out of it? It may not be the best compound for you to take. I look at it like more of a bridge until the real gear kicks in cause unfortunately most of the gains made on dbol do not last...so it's great to "kick start" with until the longer ester hormones kick in but IMO that's about it. There are much better drugs these days than dbol IMO.
By including your workout days are you implying you only want to take it on those days?
I ask because it would not be optimal to only take it on workout days. Since it's your first time running dbol I think 30mg will be sufficient and would recommend to take it in 3 separate doses if possible, with 1 dose taken pre-wo (about 2 hours before as blood levels peak at around 2-3 hours).
Even better would be is you can get naposims cause they're the little 5mg guys and popping those through out the day is fantastic for keeping blood levels even and stable and will help mitigate sides like bloating.. If you can get naps then take 5mg at a time though out the day and 10mg pre-wo.

Aren't Dbol and Naposim the same thing?

Then, dont think dbol is the best choice. Muscle pumps on dbol are horrid, not good for sports where you need to make several repetitions.

Would Halotestin be a good option for Crossift?

I feel like halo would be a better option the dbol imo. Esp for cross fit

Interesting. People are reporting better cardio with Halo. Does anyone have that experience?

Tbol is what you want man. It will give you phenomenal strength increase without the water retention that dbol will give you. BB is correct in saying that the pumps on dbol can literally be crippling lol. I once tried jogging with a friend while on dbol and I made it about a quarter mile before my calves had so much blood in them I couldn't keep running!
For your purposes I feel tbol will serve you best. I've never used Halo but from what I understand it's pretty harsh and very androgenic so one can expect all the lovely androgenic sides namely hair loss and increased aggression.. Not to say you won't get some of that with Tbol as well but it's very manageable.

^^^^x2, the Tbol will increase your endurance as well without the added water weight and cramping. Plus less harsh than Halo so you can use it throughout the duration of the 6 weeks. Halo probably only 4 weeks with a moderate dose due to the toxicity

Got CrossFit Team competition coming up. I and another guy are doing it just for fun but it is a good chance to test something out.
Competition Dates: September 19 - October 1
I'll be running Halotestin at 5mg ED. 2.5mg in the AM and 2.5mg in the PM. I'll report back with results.

Anyone have a recommendation for how many days before the competition to start this? Essentially, how long does it take for it to kick in?

It's brutal right!? I wonder how Arnold did all that jogging while taking 2-3 dbol a day..?? Never understood that. I'm assuming he was taking 50's..
OP interested in hearing how the halo is working for you. How do you feel on it?

Hi,
I decided to run this experiment before the competition in case and sides would come up that could, potentially, prevent me, from performing optimally. Lucky I did just that!
I started on September 9 and took 2.5mg of Halo in the AM and 2.5mg in the PM.
September 9 - No effect.
September 10 - Slept a bit worse and had a slight headache when waking up.
September 11 - Slept worse again and woke up with a headache. Was a bit extra tired throughout the day.
September 12 - Woke up with a headache, extra tired, like I had not slept. Slight strength increase in the gym.
September 13 - Ridiculously tired when waking up. Head felt like a fog like I never really woke up. Strength was up in the gym. Easily added three extra reps on a chest exercise.
September 14 - Woke up tired, a headache that would no go away. Spent the whole day trying to wake-up, never did.
September 15 - Could hardly get out of bed. After the daughter and wife left the house, I went back to sleep. Could not get to the gym. Discontinued use this day.
September 16 - The second day without Halo and I am feeling pretty much back to normal.
Conclusion
This compound is not for me and considering the ridiculously low dosages I was taking I am happy I ran this experiment separately from the competition. I remember seeing Obs taking 100mg ED, and he must have a superhuman body as I could not deal with 5mg ED :-) That said, everyone, responds differently but fair to say this one was not for me. I'll take the above suggestions of Tbol instead.
