I don't know if I'm explaining myself clearly. I mean I guess the only way I can try to explain it in layman's terms would be --- how many 500mg servings are in a vial lol

Most will be 10ml
The dosage indicates per ml
So depot 250 means 250mg per 1ml

Your doing 500mg a week means 2ml per week
12 week cycle means 24ml means 3 vials
Get 5 or 6 in case of oh shit moments. In fact doubling up or ordering more then calculated is just a safe idea. You do not want to run out and be out for weeks on end

When ordering, make sure you read carefully on both dose and volume. For Example, I use Valeant Delatestryl (Test E) which is 200mg/ml but 5mL vials. Additionally, you should invest time in sourcing pharmaceutical grade Test. The first cycle pops your endocrine cherry, so to speak, and it's where you can achieve some huge growth. Paying double or triple the price is well worth it.
