I need an expert opinion since this is my first time to take any steroids.
I was advised to take deca durabolin to strength my shoulders because of an old injury, btw i am 40 years old.
I have been told to take 2 ml twice a week for 5 weeks; i am not looking for muscles pump just to make my shoulders stronger.
Now do i need estrogen blocker? And, if i start taking this small dose of Deca is PCT necessary?

You use the real Deca-Durabolin ? Here it's dosed @ 50 and 100mg depend the country so, if you use
50 mg x 2 weekly
Or
100mg x 2 weekly

You dont use test ? If you use TRT dose - 80 to 180-200mg weekly and if your not hypersensitive to oestrogen i think your be fine [emoji6]
In generally because nandrolone is 19-nor you need surely prami or caber if you get gyno from it. But take everytime a bloodwork before to see from who the problem come.

Yes, deca requires a low odes test base because (like all other AAS) it will shutdown your natural production. So, you'll need the test, an AI, HCG and PCT.

Inflammation and i took two cortisone shot until someone advised me to take deco because my weak shoulder to make it stronger.
The reason the person probably told you this is because it has glucocorticoid properties. By masking damage it permits further damage.
I already go to physiotherapy twice a week but need something to help me in the gym
I don't know where you're located but all the deca I get is dosed at 250mg/ml. So I'll assume that's what you're talking about.
Whoever told you to take 500mg of deca a week for 5 weeks with no Test to make your shoulder stronger has no idea WTF they're talking about.
First of all, the first shot of deca is going to shut down your natural testosterone production. Second of all 5 weeks is about 7 too short for a deca cycle.
And it's not going to do anything to make your shoulder stronger. It might alleviate some joint soreness and cause you to overuse and further injure your shoulder.
So basically after five weeks you'll have low T, ED and your shoulder will likely be worse off than it was before you started. Does that sound like a good plan?
I'd say you should continue to do PT and get recommendations on what to do to naturally strengthen your shoulder and supporting muscle groups.
Go to the gym and work within your physical limitations. Put in the time and effort to make sure it heals correctly. Build it up slowly. The right way.

Lot's of careful shoulder training using both compound and isolation movements. Slowly building strength.
And listen to the feedback your body gives you. If something hurts the weak shoulder you should probably
switch up the angle, try another machine or don't do that movement. I find I can't do barbell shoulder presses
but I can pound out heavy reps on a Hammer Strength plate loaded machine like nothing.

Just wanted to add on for future consideration:
nandrolone is detectable for up to a year even from a single injection. Keep this in mind if you decide to use the compound down the road once you are recovered - it might be a roadblock depending on your job or any sports involvement
Deca for joint moisturization: 300mg/wk of Test Cyp + 100mg/wk of Deca + HCG 250iu twice a week + adex .25mg every 3 days starting from week 3. Cycle for 14 weeks. Rest for 2 weeks and PCT with Clomid + Nolvadex.
