First course in 3 years questions

    Hi gents

The last 3-4 years I been having to travel a lot, it made diet and the gym very difficult, I am now working back local and want kick starting back into life. I was originally thinking a course of anavar as heard that creatine boosts it and it’s good for getting rid of some fat and kicking the muscles on a bit.

Second option is running naps by themselves for a bit.

Or do I run naps with a test mix and a bit of sus or masteron .

I will get my pct at the same time.

    Any guidance appreciated.

If you haven't been dieting or training properly for the last 3 years then you need to fix both of those before worrying about steroids .

Steroids do nothing without proper nutrition. On top of that, they increase your strength - so you are very likely to injure yourself because muscles don't grow at the same rate as tendons/ligaments. You would actually be causing damage by taking steroids without rebuilding your strength first.

Absolutely agree, my diet is not bad now, i been eating well for about 4months, I was still always training when I could but went down to about 3days a week, I haven’t lost loads of size more just a bit more flabby round the areas lol. I’m at the point where I want to kick on now

I just didn’t want to do any courses when I could fully commit to diet and training so feel a bit out the loop, last course was a tri Test from wild cat and the tren .

Well, out of the choices you presented I'd prefer to run low dose test with the naposims. I love those little fuckers lol. I think that's the best way to take dbol is in little 5mg increments and keeping a steady blood level through out the day. Also seems to keep water retention down a bit.

But Windex made a great point cause diet should def be in place before jumping back on as you wanna make sure you're going to get the most out of the gear. IMO if you've been on point with diet and training again for 4 months and you've cycled before, then IMO it's appropriate for you to go ahead with this. If you were very young or never cycled I wouldn't endorse your decision but I think you'll be golden.

Just make sure to have your PCT drug in place before you start so you can mitigate side effects. Good luck and keep us posted!
