Test E + T3 + Adex & nolva for my 1st cycle

What do you guys think of this dosages:
Test E 400 per week for 1-12weeks
T3 100mcg/ML per day for 90 days
Adex 0.25 mg every other day for 12 weeks
and will take Nolva ED when pct start

I'm 5'7, 155lbs and body fat around 20-25%. my goal is to get lean and burn my fat.
what do you guys think about my cycle.

Burning fat is not going to come from taking steroids, it will come from diet and cardio. You should not take test at that high of a bodyfat because you risk estrogen side effects from aromatization, unless you want to have boobs bigger than girls.

what is your suggestion for me?
Base on my health app from my iphone I'm average
walking + running distance 4+ mi
steps 11k+
5 days a week just for work.
