What is the best AI for protection from getting GYNO while using dbol?
I plan to start a cycle with dbol and 500 mg of Test in about a month, and I plan to use Nolvadex if necessary
D-bol cycle is a waste of time dude. You will lose all your gains.
Will use it as a kickstarter for my cycle with long lasting esters, first 4-6 weeks.
I have nolva on hand, and letro incase signs of gyno.
But i wonder what is best to use as a AI while im on it??

There is no "best." It's what works for you. If aromasin worked and you have it then stick with it. I prefer adex. You can always add low dose nolva (10 mgs) to your cycle if you're prone to gyno or symptoms arise. Basically never a need for letro imho.Quote:

Have had gyno in the past, and surgery.
Have run 3 successful cycles after this, with no symptoms or signs of gyno... but none of this cycles was with dbol.
Looks like you're right that Nolvadex isn't an AI. My bad. I got away with taking 400 mg of Test without an AI, and I'm hoping I won't need it for 500 mg and dbol either, but I have the Nolvadex just in case. Anyway, I'll stop hijacking the thread and let you all answer TS. ;-)Quote:

A little tip when running dbol, try breaking up your doses throughout the day as small as you can and that will mitigate estrogen related sides like gyno and bloating as you're limiting the amount of the hormone aromatizing at one time which will keep your overall estrogen levels lower and more manageable, especially if you have your AI in place and taking diligently.
A lot of UGL's sell dbol in 50mg doses. That's a crazy amount to take at once, for ME personally. I much prefer taking 5-10mg's through out the day. I've noticed much less aromatization when doing it like that. But honestly, I doubt I'll be running dbol again. There are much better drugs out there for bulking IMHO..
You're going to definitely NEED an AI with Dbol and test.
I'd run .25mg Ed adex and 10mg nolva fir the dbol period. Then go to .25mg EOD adex and no nolva whrn dbol portion of the Cycle is over with

I disagree a little. What I like about dbol is the strength increase, and yes you'll lose that too, but for the time I'm on it I think the extra heavy workouts are helping me in the long run. Plus I like it when I come off, instant weight loss...lolQuote:
