    Taking Nolvadex question

    I started my cycle of tren ace/test prop and I've been getting different answers of whether to use nolvadex during the cycle or post cycle, any suggestions? I really want to avoid getting a gyno
    Tren 200 mg/wk test 250mg/wk

    Well, tren doesn't aromatize but it is a progestin so elevated prolactin could become an issue if you're sensitive to it. 200 is a moderate dose. Caber in hand is always worthwhile.

    With test at 250 per week it's again a lower dose but in most cases would require a minimal amount of AI to keep estrogen in check.

    Nolva won't help control estrogen levels only block it at chest receptors. If you know you're gyno sensitive then running it at a low dose (10 mgs) is a no-brainer imho.

    Step one is controlling estrogen. I'd start with low dose adex at probably .25 x 2 per week. Keeping estrogen at relative normal levels helps control prolactin. Basically P follows E. Whether you "need" caber or not at that dose is a coin toss. That said, Caber won't hurt you. If you did run it go with .25 x 2 per week.

    At the doses you're running I'd probably opt for nolva if you feel you're gyno sensitive. Blood work mid cycle would really help educate you regarding what you need for future cycles.
