    Looking for advice

    Im 31 6'1 weight 225lbs not sure of body fat. Im tired of having a gut and love handles also last cycle years ago got damn puffy nipples. Im starting back in gym today and want to know what would be best cycle to loose this gut anfd love handle and get bigger and ripped? Any advice i would appreciate it.

    Steroids don't lose bodyfat that comes from diet, cardio, and training. Read our diet and nutrition stickies, post your meal program there and we can help you improve upon it.

    On top of that your description of yourself sounds like high bodyfat. Using steroids at high bodyfat means more side effects like testosterone aromatizing into estrogen.

    i dont have huge gut basically beer gut im muscular. My buddy told me Test/EQ and another told me he has a Test E Deca EQ blend

    again just want to bulk up and get ripped. im in prcoess of looking for meal plans to get diet under control

    Get the diet under control first. Forget what your buddies told you, if you decide to take their advice there is no point asking questions here as you are only looking to be told what you want to hear.

    Both of those ideas are terrible and your "buddies" are stupid. Go ahead and take the Test+Deca if you want to be on hormone replacement therapy for the rest of your life and spend $1000.00+ per year just to make sure your dick works. You think you have problems now with puffy nipples? Better find some female friends that don't mind sharing their bras when you end up with boobs cycling with Test with high bodyfat.

    As I said previously, you need to read all the diet and nutrition stickies in our diet&nutrition section forum. They will provide you the foundation to understand how nutrition works. After you've read them then post up a proposed meal plan and we can help you improve from there. You don't need any supplements to lose bodyfat.

    I know you're looking for advice on an AAS cycle. This is not the time to start a cycle right now. You need to be in the gym and eating right for a year or so. Honestly, AAS is not a short cut. You need to get strengthen your connecting tissues before you run your cycle. Muscles get strong fast, in months. Connecting tissues takes years. Someone coming off the couch and onto AAS is asking for trouble.
