As long as you think about sleep for 8 hours a day, you'll be fine

You need rest to grow yeah. I’m really surprised that 250 ew would interrupt your sleep that much but yes it’s a common side

If you are really having that much trouble sleeping on that low of dose I would discontinue the compound rather then adding another

I was only taking 100 of tren week and I had insomnia like a mofo.

I've heard melatonin helps, but I've never tried it.

Low dose benzo is way better than Ambien.

If Ambien don't knock you out, you have possible hallucinations to deal with

You can take enough melatonin it will knock you out.
Eat too much though and you wake up with a hangover.

Disagree, benzo doesn't put me to sleep and makes me depressed, and it's addictive.

    You have hallucinations on Ambien?

Carefull with melatonin ,, although relatively safe it can cause seizure ... which did to me and I dont have seizure issues. Among other know bad sides with melatonin you should always check the negatives of any product before self medicating..

Be thankful you did not use the Tren E.. the sides will be kicking yo A*s for 2 weeks.. at least with A you can adjust and should be okkiedokkie in a few days. Thats the down with Tren, some people get the sides on a horrible degree, others not so much.. needless to say, finding a sweet spot is possible and starting low MG working up is much better an idea..My experience was 5omg/d , and seemed sweet... until I stopped and depression was horrible.

And yeah...SLEEEEEEP... Without it you will not grow. Your training will only be as good as the rest you give it. Not to mention without sleep the added grumpy with the tren will most likely cause you easy aggravation with anything and anybody in daily life situations.

Take the Tren at a time when the peak will not be fighting with the sleep...

    Good Luck

It's reported if you take it and don't sleep. I'm going to cut and paste. But this is not were I got the info

I got the info from seeing it with friends and first hand experience with it.

Ambien Hallucinations. When people take Ambien and either its effects aren't strong enough or they force themselves to stay awake, many have strange hallucinations. ... Adverse effects such as hallucinations and psychosis have been reported, particularly with

It was like two buck for a pack of generic sleep aid.
I used to eat 6 or so and drink a pint of whiskey and try to stay awake.

It makes you feel like you are falling in a tunnel.
I never died, but suprised lol

If you can't sleep on Tren , d/c the tren, don't add another med. Maybe try to lower the dose? Wouldn't suggest Zolpidem or a Benzo just to keep the tren in you, could try diphenhydramine (an antihistamine with a side affect of sedation) or melatonin, but that is for mild cases of insomnia.

0 thing about benzos is they take a lot in a long period of time before they become seriously physically addicted

I for one am a proponent for at least a half a milligram of Klonopin or 5 mg of Valium at least once or twice a week while on a heavy cycle it keeps a lot of the aggressive and paranoid panic attack symptoms from ever showing their head now I'm caulking prescribe that is I'd hate to be the one to Advocate recreational off-label prescription drug abuse

Logically it makes most sense to start with the easiest solution, and that is MELATONIN - as mentioned. There are different forms, my GF likes ZZZQuil, I take some generic flavored tabs at 3mg. They make me fall asleep quickly but I don't use them often. Take 6 mg if you really can't sleep.

Another thing, if you read your phone before bed, turn the brightness all the way down. The light from these devices tricks your body into thinking it's daytime.

I've heard of sleep issues with tren . I knew someone who had that issue and he took GABA, which is a neurotransmitter. Look it up because I don't recall exactly how it works, and since I'm not using tren, I have no need for that info haha. But it helped him sleep great. Sort of calmed his mind down or something. It's worth looking into. But my info is second hand

Any time that your not getting enough sleep you should be concerned. That's where healing and growth take place.

That always happens to me. When I wake up at 3am and can't sleep I just go to the gym and train, that way I can be at work super early, be home super early, and get a nap in.

Only to repeat the same madness again the next day.

Ghb will work wonders if you can get your hands on it and don't have addiction issues. When you wake up after 4 hours, pound 10ml of g and you pass back out for another 4. Standard dose is 5ml but we are combating trensomnia here, double that shit.

I can't do it personality, I have in the past, that's how I know it works. I always end up staying high on ghb for days like an alcoholic because I have addiction issues.

Works like a charm though. Back in the 90s, I remember adds for ghb in bodybuilding magazines and they sold it at health food stores. Good times.

Not sure how stringent the source talk rules are yet but if you are resourceful you can buy gbl online and have it stealth to your house. Gbl is 1.5 times stronger than ghb but is harsh as fuck to consume. Making gbl into ghb is very easy and the steps can be found online.

Ghb is a real boon for bodybuilders! No calories or hangovers, if you take to much you pass out and wake up rested. They use to yammer on about it increasing gh levels but I'm not sure about the science behind it.
