    Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & T3

    Hi all

So have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue, already tired of this shit so looking at every possible avenue to try and overcome.

There are several study’s online showing a link between chronic fatigue and low T3, brief info below.

    https://www.sciencedaily.com/release...0320084337.htm

Now my TSH is 2.3mu/l, and that’s normal according to my doc. But despite this level showing normal, I’ve read that you can still have low T3. All my symptoms direct to low T3 which coincide with CFS symptoms, wondering if it’s worth a shot or if anyone else has experience in this?

Symptoms: Sensitive to heat/cold (mainly cold), legargic, very weak, disturbed sleep, exhausted, eyes ache, sudden changes in body temp, always thirsty, no appetite, generally down, foggy head/terrible concentration... just feel like absolute crap!!

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated, I’ve had everything tested, all deficiency’s, anti bodies, immune system.. they have ran every blood test they can and everything is normal (NHS guidelines)

P.S symptoms have been ongoing for about 10-12 weeks now....

Brotha I know ya hate to hear this but just take some time to not think about all this. Stop researching 24/7 it'll get better with time. Docs tried to tell me the same thing.

Duke, i would say either have them run full thyroid panel, or not sure if you can get it done on your own in uk. It may or may not reveal your problem but without it you cant make any educated guesses. T3, reverse t3, etc can be a tricky bunch. Hard to say of they could cause all those symptoms or not, but definitely need to know
