    Next lean bulking cycle ideas! Your thoughts??

    This is my 4th cycle. I've never used Deca , NPP or EQ yet. Which one would you prefer over bulk cycle to add some lean muscle tissue?

    Cycle 1:
    Test Cyp: WEEK 1-16 (250MG 2X a week)500MG
    EQ: WEEK 1-16 (400MG 2X a week) 800mg
    Test Prop: WEEK 16-20 100MG EOD
    Dbol : 50mg ED WEEK 1-4

    Cycle 2:
    Dbol 30mg ed 1-4wk
    Test E/C 2x 250mg 1-13wk
    Deca 2x 250mg 1-12wk
    Test P/A 150mg eod 14-15wk

    Cycle 3:
    Dbol 30mg ed 1-4wk
    Test P/A 150mg eod 1-12wk
    NPP 150mg eod 1-12wk

    Typially Dbol and Deca are not lean bulking compounds. Have not run them myself but that is a classic hard bulking combo I've seen many people use.

    Well the term “lean bulk” comes mainly from your diet… Lean would equal a smaller surplus enough to gain muscle but not so much to gain un-wanted fat, which is for sure the most optimal way of bulking… then there is lee priest style.. eat what ever and get fat as F..

    My favourite cycle for lean mass would be;

    Test P 100mg EOD – 8-10 Weeks
    NPP 100mg EOD – 8-10 Weeks

    Short esters, less water weight. Could add masteron for hardening.. but not necessary

    Or:

    Deca 450mg P/W 12 weeks
    Test 600mg P/W 12 weeks
    Dbol 50mg ED 5-6 weeks

    Basic but effective. Deca/Test is my fav combo!

    Least amount of drugs for the most optimal results. Trust me.. its easy to F yourself up with theese big cycles. Not worth it unless its what you need in order to make progress, that of which comes with years and years of using gear…after 3 cycles, you don’t need more than 700-1000mg.

    Like Eduke said lean comes from your diet generally. Are the cycles you listed ones you are wanting to do or ones you have already done?
    I guess regardless Eduke has covered most of the important details. Keep it as simple as you can to still make gains.

    Everyone already mentioned diet, I'll leave that alone.

    Well I'll make some assumptions here, not much to go on.

    I'm assuming you are throwing that short ester prop at the end so you can pct? The deca and eq both have massive Half-Lifes with that long ester attached. Even if that prop is out of your system, your pct will be bokluxed by the deca or eq.

    If my assumptions about the prop are correct I would go with the npp cycle. It will work the way you want.

    Dbol /Test/NPP is a good bulking cycle. The diet is the key to the weight gain. You need a lot of good carbs to gain muscle.
