Id advise neither...
Get your training/nutrition in check first.... You are 100% not in a position to be using anabolics.
If i had to give an answer, id say do a recomp but this requires a strong understanding of drugs, nutrition and training. So get reading...

I'm in agreement with Eduke; you would benefit from increased calories and making sure your lifting is productive.
Have you considered altering your training and reviewing your diet? There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Agree with the above. A solid 16-20 weeks of hard training and proper nutrition would put you somewhere around 200 lbs or 24-30 weeks for 210 lbs and provide a much better starting point. We can help you improve upon your diet and training. Lots of experience on this board.
As you get closer to a better base to start from then you can do bloodwork, place your order for gear, and prepare accordingly.

Every cycle is a bulk cycle. The compounds really differ by the amount of water they hold.
