I am planning for 1st Test C and dbol cycle

Age - 26
Height - 5’7”
Weight - 65kg
Gym Training- 6 years

My question is
Can i use steroid with SSRI ?
I use fluoxetine (20mg) tablet at night bed time. I use this because some family problems like as stress and depression, panic attack. Now 6 week use i feel awesome....
Can i start cycle with SSRI ?

Antidepressants are fine to use alongside steroids. obviously become more irritable and coming off from steroid may have a negative effect on your mood.

So, you are 26 now so you started training when you were 20. What was your weight when you first began training? Because, looking at your current weight, it's not steroids you need, but a good bit of time in the nutrition section. Learning to eat correct is more beneficial than the steroids you are planning to use. Steroids are the last things one should use to grow and reach the potential you are looking for.

Next, you are wanting to use 2 different steroids on your first cycle. If you don't know how your body will react to steroids, how will you correct a side effect or adverse reaction if you don't know which one is causing the problem.

I'm not trying to flame you or discourage you, but only trying to get you pointed in the right direction.

10nis is correct, you need to learn how to eat. 144 lbs is tiny and proof you haven't learned how to eat properly yet. Steroids will be of no benefit to you until you pack on another 30 lbs which would take you somewhere around 29-33 weeks when done properly.

Agreed with the above. Something that you can be guaranteed is that since you don't know how to eat and train, you won't make much of your cycle and you won't be able to make gain it after the cycle.
