Yea a very very slight yellow tint and was only during lifting and it stopped about an hour later.

Yellow vision is a very rare symptom of jaundice. It is caused by bilirubin. Perhaps there are other causes but I've not heard of others. It is rare so it isn't covered to much because other symptoms are more pronounced, frequent and early.
