Hey Fellas, im new to this im 5'7 and 115 pds, yeah im skinny.
i just started Dbol today and am looking for any info as far as gains and any info when you first stared and if any body was like me when they stared. Ive been literally doing resarch for months and finally said its time. :lift:

If you are a 115 pounds you will ned alot more than d-bol to get some keepable serous weight on you. I used to be the exact same as you bro.

Dude...really! I appreciate the fact that you have come to the best AS board to get your info and advice...so that's why I'm doing this....
You need to train heavy...eat heavy...and sleep heavy.......if you dont have those in line...gear will do nothing for you but give you sides.....seriously.
Hang around here and get some opinions on rtaining and nutrition....

I noticed your symbol, im a former Army Officer myself.
I eat small but i do train hard and will get better at it.
