Excuse my English guys
Hi I’m new here I just want to share my blood test if anyone can help me with this issue ,
I took anavar for 8 weeks and nolvadex 2 weeks
I did a blood test it comes up 100% expect my alt was H66
And I want to go on a cycle ( tren - winny )
But I will use liver 52 and and tudca and milk thistle
Anyone can give me her/his opinion please
I don’t want to damage my liver !!!

Your liver levels will return to your baseline if you let them, take a break. The supplements you mentioned should help during the break and on cycle.
Also, that wasn't a good cycle and the one that you proposed is either short of info or it isn't a good cycle either. Research the stickies for what you should be doing: cycle, AI, PCT...

No, considering what your liver has had to do with the last cycle, those numbers aren't terribly bad. However, be careful, they're in the be very wary range. Also, make sure that if you are doing a cycle, your doing everything right so that you maximize the positive while reducing the negative.
Sorry but what do you mean by ( make sure your are doing everything right ) ? Can you explain more please
