Should I donate blood
Currently my hematocrit is on the fringe at 50.4% (range: 37.5 - 51%)
I hate getting bloodwork done so I'm trying to avoid this if possible. Is it time to donate, or am I still in the clear?

Donate while you can, if you get too out of whack, they may not take your blood
Me I'm O- my blood values often times could be overlooked if slightly out of range, as I'm a universal donor
But I can only receive O-..

You can donate, but I would just do a whole blood donation and not a double RBC. With a whole blood donation, you can donate again in 56 days, with a double red, you have to wait 112 days.
You aren't really in a bad place yet, but it is usually easier to maintain a good value if you aren't struggling to get it back in range.
The test they will give you when you donate is a simple finger stick to check your hemoglobin levels. You can take that number and multiply by 3 to get a rough idea of your hematocrit/packed cell volume, but it is only a general calculation and not as accurate as when they actually spin out the components like they do as part of a CBC.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
A minimum of 100 posts and 45 days membership required for source checks. Source checks are performed at my discretion.

Would you guys say it's good to donate even on a test only cycle?

Exogenous Testosterone especially at above normal levels can definitely raise Hemocrit. It’s very important to get regular blood work to make sure that your Hemocrit is within normal range. And donate immediately if it’s too high.
