So i finished my first cycle end of April TestE. Looking to start 2nd soon -testE with dbol. Felt good until a few weeks after first cycle now i have a nasty bicep/forearm pain when doing certain exercises like dumbell curls and even bringing dumbbells up to do shoulder press. Has anyone experienced anything similar (even other muscle pain you had that went away) and will the new cycle help in any way or should i wait it out and get that pain controlled first?
(Ps i pin in glutes so not related)
