    Test prop/Tren Ace/SDROL RECOMP CYCLE.

    Hello ,

    Will do this in december ,

    1-4 sdrol 20mg/methasterone
    1-8 tren ace 100mg eod
    1-8 test prop 50eod.
    0,25 caber two times per week.
    pct=standar clomid&nolva+daa+zinc etc.
    adex mon/thurs , im sensitive to E2 this is why low test with tren.

    5,10 76kg 12-14%bf

    my goal is close to 80kg sub 10%

    my manteneance kcal are about 2700-3000 , thinking about hit 2500kcal with 250g protein 50g of fats and rest carbs.


    Opinions?thx.

    i run tren once before but never superdrol so im excited hehe^^

    You aren't going to lose 7 lbs of fat and gain 15 lbs of muscle. Not a realistic goal. Losing 3-5 lbs of fat and gaining 3-5 lbs of muscle is a lot more realistic for a recomp.

    yea maybe is better to do an agressive minicut 4 weeks b4 with clen +ketotifen and later do a lean gains cycle (?)
