Hi.
Im nearly 30, 5.10 and currently 12 stone. been training on and off Basicly 10
years, constantly back now since Jan. Ive taken a few oral only courses before (I
know now I've read through this site that it wasn't really a good idea lol)!
was gonna jump straight in when I came back but reading through here I paused for a
bit.
Strength has come back a lot in the past 6 months. I seem to be stuck around 12
stone. But I think mainly it's because I'm gaining muscle albeit slowly and losing
some fat at the same time.
I know loads of people on gear and can get what I want relatively easy.
Most people I know that do it just ask the guy who sells the stuff and do what he
says. And although I trust him completely, he's highly regarded by all who know him,
this is the guy who put me on oral only before so this time I've gone researching
myself.
So the plan is Basicly, exactly, the example from austinite's post. And in an ideal
world I would follow the whole layout! But some things I just can't do.
First is bloodwork, even with just the minimum austinite recommends they would set
me back thousands, and it's money I just don't have.
I know it's optimal to know all the ins and outs of our body but for some of us it's
to expensive a option. Everyone I've asked said they've never done bloodwork, some
have been on cocktails forever and seem fine (because as I said the guy that sells
is very knowledgeable, just I think very old school). And as this go round I'm only
taking test, I'm thinking I should be ok, hopefully!
Also I'm not the type that can count calories and separate out meals for a day to
the exact. But I've been training for a long time, I think I'm a good judge of how
much I need to eat to bulk and to cut(and to get fat lol). I can't cook so a lot of
my meals atm are take always like chicken and rice (nandos), chicken shish rice
salad, sushi,. I get free food at work and half the time it's good food cooked well
so eat that when I can. Also I know a few places that sell gym food, meals with
carb/protein/fat labled on the front like chicken pasta/rice, meatballs, fish etc
which I buy to have on hand.
As I say my strength is coming back, the frame is getting bigger and the chubby bits
are reducing..
Anyway the jist of what im trying to say is I eat lots of good food and I stay away
from junk, I just I can't cook for shit. (I do try a little)..
So the plan Is this! I've spoken to a few friends who say they don't take hcg on and
1 give me Basicly the same speech rich p gives. So I'm going listen to this site
and run exactly as outlined, I think?
Test only
- Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 250 mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)
- Week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
- Week 1 to 14: Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)
Pct
Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20
Supps
Nac
Vitamin tabs
Also take
No xplode
Gold standard whey
Bcaa
What do you think?
Is there anything else I should get?
If you have done this type of test only yourself could you share your experience?
Thanks for stopping by..

If you can't afford bloodwork then you shouldn't use steroids .
If you can't follow a proper nutrition program you shouldn't use steroids .
If you can't cook the bare essentials you shouldn't use steroids.
If you can't follow your own body instead of listening to gym bros then you shouldn't use steroids. If your friends on cocktails at the gym jumped off a bridge would you too ?
From your post, you aren't capable of cycling - too many roadblocks. It will be a waste of your time and money. If you think bloodwork is expensive, what do you plan to do if you end up on TRT for the rest of your life having it cost you $1000-$2000 a year just to be functional and alive?

Is bloodwork really going to set you back THOUSANDS??
The MOST important part of cycling in my inexperienced opinion is safety, kinda like being on a firing range, where they say the most important part is safety. If you suck on the firing range, hey, at least you didn't shoot yourself or someone else and everyone's alive. If your diet is off on cycle, but you get bloodwork done when you're supposed to and take the proper measures, but your gains aren't where you want, then you suck, but hey, at least you aren't dead and don't have any horrible long term side effects.
Get the bloodwork done. You go into it blind, as long as you aren't being retarded, sure, you'll likely be fine, but if you're one of those unlucky ones who needs a little extra attention to stay safe and you don't do it, bam, you're fucked for life before you even know what happened.
Sorry for the terrible analogies haha. It's important to be on a very good diet too, but let's face it, you'll still get good results if your diet is off. But you definitely won't get the most out of your cycle. If there are too many roadblocks, you probably shouldn't do it, but I won't be the one to come down on you too hard unless you decide not to do bloodwork. Because that could literally be a fatal mistake.
Just for the record, I hate the "if your friends jumped off a bridge" analogy. A: Why the fuck would all my friends jump off a bridge? I'm not friends with anyone that stupid. B: If ALL my friends jumped off a bridge, there's PROBABLY a good reason, and I'm gonna at least consider it haha, like, what are they trying to escape from? And C: If all my friends jumped off a bridge, survived, and came out jacked as hell with little/no problems....then yeah....my ass is jumpin off that bridge haha.
But in this case, you should REALLY do more research before jumping. Your friends were jumping without a parachute and that's not wise.

Blood work does not cost thousands, at most it should end up in the low $100s for three tests. For $65 I can get blood count, lipids, liver, kidney, blood sugar/HbA1c and thyroid (I don't test testosterone since I am on TRT). Then mid cycle all you need is sensitive estradiol, blood count and liver if you're using an oral for the first time. Once you have dialed in your AI dose you don't need a mid cycle estrogen test, and once you know your hematocrit doesn't shoot up too high no need for blood count mid cycle et.c. Then 6-8 weeks after your PCT it's time for bloods again. If all is fine then that serves as your pre cycle bloods... So eventually it should be below $100 for bloods.
$100 for bloods each cycle is cheap as hell. I'd pay much more. What if your liver is turning into shit? What if your blood is so thick you're risking a blood clot any moment? The story you said about your friends sounds very stupid. You have no idea what issues they will have 10, 20 years down the road. Have you even researched WHY we check these things through blood work? Have you researched what AAS do to these blood markers?
Also, making your own food costs a fraction of buying it from a restaurant. Cooking food is part of being an adult lol. If you haven't mastered sticking to a diet, you should do that instead of steroids , you have lots of gains to make.
HCG is used to maintain testicular function throughout the cycle. Don't believe any "mixed signals" pseudoscience bullshit. If your testicles have been shut down and shrink in size for 12 weeks, how well do you think they'll be working when you start your PCT and try to produce testosterone naturally? That's right, they'll be far behind from what they were before your cycle.
