    Cycle after Injury

Hi All - thank you for reading this in advance.

I have just recovered from a bursitis / tendonitis injury in my elbow - went overseas for a month and feel fantastic. Been training for a couple of weeks now and back into it.

I was on a cycle earlier in the year up until the tendonitis injury 4 weeks in - thats right, I asked the pro's here on the forum and was advised to get off the cycle - just a 12 week Test cycle it was (I only did 4 and went off it).

Question for everyone - when is it best to go back on the cycle? Given it takes 3-4 weeks to kick in, it would be great to get back on it (mind you it was my first ever cycle!) as summer is approaching in Aussie land.

    Cheers

Get back on when your injury is totally healed and you can train at 100 percent.
