    Clen and T3 cycle with Sus 250?

    Hey guys, I'm thinking of doing a Clen and T3 cycle to shed a few unwanted pounds. I know there are several forums about dosages and weeks, but I've come across a few forums where people recommend taking a small amount of SUS 250 per week. They recommend taking it so you don't lose muscle mass. These forums were not on this website, so I'm not sure if I would follow their advice. From what I've seen on here, people haven't really recommended it or not recommended it. What are you guys thoughts on this?

    Fat loss is going to come from diet, cardio, and training.

    Sustanon is a really bad compound for literally any purpose. It has a poor mix of short and long eaters so it's inferior to a single short ester Testosterone like Prop or long ester like Cypionate .

    In any circumstance, Testosterone is not beneficial to your goals - infact it can even make you look worse than when you started from bloating and estrogen aromatization from higher body fat.

    These are the steps you need to take if you don't want to fail :

    1) Post your diet in the diet and nutrition forum for review
    2) Once your diet is improved upon it run it until you get to a roadblock
    3) If you plateau and can't get past a point after trying for a few weeks/a month introduce ECA or Clen by itself
    4) The next roadblock is normally single digit body fat, this is where you'd want to use Clen+T3

    If you think your diet isn't part of the problem you are wrong, because if it wasn't you wouldn't be asking the question in the first place.
