Hi guys! So I wanted to share a little about my cycles since there aren't a whole lot of women writing about AAS other than Anavar which seems to be really popular. I'm 24, 5'6, 160lbs currently, So I'm going to be totally honest, and maybe TMI, lol but here's my experience:
My first cycle: It was a very small cycle but it was my first and I still think its relevant. So I took Winstrol for 4 weeks @ 12mgs. I didn't seem to notice much muscle gain, possibly due to my diet and not enough protein. I did lose about 10lbs and I looked pretty lean. as for side effects, I was slightly more horny, My clit had gotten pretty swollen and extremely sensitive. Before my cycle it was very small, during went up to like... a small raisen. haha sorry I couldn't think of anything else. And after my cycle it went down a little but not much. Personally I liked it, clitoral stimulation is way more intense. and I noticed a little irritability, but not significant.
2nd cycle: I was on 100mg of Deca for the first 2 weeks then switched to 50mg of Deca for the last 5 weeks and was on Test E for the last 4 1/2 weeks at 12mg. I changed the dosage because I noticed my clit getting pretty swollen and it was so sensitive to the point it hurt to the touch :0wacko: I just didn't want to risk it anymore. And I have never experienced being such a total horndog, it's actually really annoying, if I got horny I wanted sex NOW. :aajack: I got so mad at my husband when he didn't want sex, hahaha. I stopped Test E early because I wasn't sure if it was the Deca or the Test, but I think it was the Test, considering the clitoral swelling got worse shortly after the Test. Personally I wouldn't do it again, I'm going to stick to Deca, and maybe add in some Clen on my 4th cycle. (I'm not sure if I should use the Clen during or after my cycle?) oh also my hair is long and thick and goes down to my waist, length wasnt affected, but thickness was, it thinned out quite a bit, but seemed to have gotten a lot better a few weeks post cycle.
So around the 4th week of Deca, I started getting pretty bad oily skin and my hair would get kind of oily If I didn't shower every single day, sometimes twice. Also around the 4 week mark, my voice started getting kinda horsey, and would crack a little, after my cycle, I felt like my tone was a little lower. Naturally I already have a lower voice. I kiind of wish it was back to before but it really doesn't bother me. Also I never really majorly broke out, just tiny little bumps and the occasional small zit (which I never delt with off cycle) mainly on my shoulders. Also, I'd get mad at stupid sh*t, not very fun. I'm not saying its just the steroids, cuase I already deal with anxiety, so it made it worse. So, just a few things to think about.
I went up about 6lbs, and I think I gained a pretty good amount of muscle on this cycle, and was happy with the results, I went up a ton in the gym. Small example, my bench press w dumbbells, I was using two 20's and then I went up to 35's. My leg press starting out was 90lbs and then I went up to 310lbs.
3rd cycle: I am currently on my third week of this cycle, I'm taking Deca @ 30mg, I took 4 weeks off, and plan on staying on for 10 weeks if everything goes as planned. I am noticing a lot of gains in the gym, I'm benching 40's now, I leg press 320lbs. I work out a lot, I'm hardly sore. My voice is starting to get a little horsey again, I feel like everything is kicking in a little faster this time. Minus the oily-ness, haha. Is it normal for cycles after your first to kick in sooner? My clit is extremely sensitive again, a little annoying but everything else is good so far.
Anyway just thought I'd share a little about my experience with AAS. sorry it was kinda all over the place! I was also wondering if someone could give me advice if I can cut fat while still making muscle gains? I will post progress photos soon. Thanks for reading :lift:
