Need help please.
Hi. I’m 43 yo, 6’2 and weight now is 245lb. I was always in sports and was a bit smaller.
My goal is to drop fat and gain more muscle. Ideally I want to be as I was in my college hockey days, at 195lb. So here is the question. What kind of steroids I need to use or combine, name and amounts, to get where I want to be?
I just bought a TREN and someone told me that I need to get HGH.
So could someone please help me to get where I want to be and afterwards I plan on stopping using steroids and go all natural.

Hold onto that tren you don't want to use it for your first cycle.
GH is nice to incorporate as we get older, but hold off on that for now, IMHO.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Diet, diet, diet and a program like Guerilla Cardio https://www.cs.unm.edu/~wneumann/fil...lla_cardio.pdf, by all means get your levels checked by an endocrinologist and see if you can get on HRT. Some doctors run a kind of elective anti-aging boutique type of HRT program where they will prescribe you up to 200mg/Test per week and HGH if your levels are low or even below optimal levels for a 25 year old male. Some insurances will actually cover this!
I would recommend if you're going to do a cycle, to do ~500mg of Test per week and follow that thread that AlmostGone provided above. HGH has produced gradual results with some people but it seems to take a long time and it's super expensive.

Welcome to the forum. Just a couple of touch points. You should be in the gym working out for at least a year or two before you cycle. You'll get better results.
For your first cycle just keep it really simple. Test E 500mg/wk for 12 weeks + Adex .25mg every other day for 12 weeks + HCG 250iu twice a week for 12 weeks. Rest for 2 weeks. PCT for 4 weeks with Clomid & Nolvadex 100/50/50/50 and 40/20/20/20. Done

Throughout the years I have met a lot of guys that said that, and then felt the effects of gear and continue to use off and on...
