Starting to think tren may cause increased bile production, as I'm having terrible stomach issues since starting cycle 5 weeks ago. I've always had heartburn issues on tren, but since having my gallbladder removed I'm experiencing lots of stomach issues on this and the last tren cycle, the only two since the surgery. Issues include frequent diarrhea, green in color, bad heartburn and reflux, and worst of all horrible smelling/tasting belching. I'm taking zantac 150 twice a day.
Try some udca and nac.
I would try some omerprazole Tarzan it may help a lot, in the past its totally eliminated all my stomach problems.

No orals, except dbol a few weeks ago, for about a week. That's what I stopped, terrible stomach issues. I have used ppi's before, but never omeprazole, I'll give that one a tryQuote:

probably what made me chunk up a bit, but when on tren i always took heartburn as an indicator to eat more protein and drink more h2O. i read a bit about heartburn and many diagnose it as too much stomach acid, BUT in healthy people the sphincter closes when stomach acid reaches a point where digestion will occur. eating always did the trick for me. usually protein was best, but fat worked as well albeit not as well. tums are basic and reduce stomach acid. both routes reduce problems, but wouldn't one want to digest efficiently? kinda nice to be back. kinda makes me want to see if i can get my bench higher.

When having acid reflux like that it's an indicator that your system is either too acidic (more common) or too alkaline (which causes the stomach to over produce acid) but since we know the likely variable being tren we can safely assume the cause in your case is too much acidity as tren is a bit toxic to our bodies.
I would increase my intake of greens like kale, and take a good fiber supplement to ensure all those meals are moving through your system at a good rate and not laying in your gut causing an over production of acids.
Another vital nutrient is gonna be probiotic foods like greek yogurt. A great meal to eat when having this issue is fresh fruit (I prefer strawberries and blueberries as they have a low glycemic index) covered with 1 cup of greek yogurt, topped with fresh pecans and you can put honey on it to sweeten it if you want. Any time I'm having issues with my stomach I'll eat this meal and it goes down easy and I feel great afterwards.
If you don't like yogurt then make sure to get a high quality probiotic supplement. Gut health is a very commonly overlooked aspect of people's overall. I've personally witnessed numerous people from family members to friends of mine that have had heart burn that made these changes and the issue went away completely!
