First Pin Today..... Require Some Advice About A Complication
Hello everyone.
Today I started my first ever cycle (a simple Test E cycle). Being new at this, my injection in the thigh was clumsy to say the least (applied more pressure than necessary & the release was not as slow as had been advised. Also the 26G needle was way smoother than I had expected). Now, 18 hours later, I am suffering from considerable PIP in these virgin muscles (No swelling though). So, I just wanted to know from the pros if there are any ways or medicines to reduce this pain (I had read an article about something called ibuprofen)? Take Ibuprofen.

Consider it a growing pains.
Learn to live with it and I have found working the muscle that I have injected actually eliminates pip for myself.

Warm shower on the injection site post shot........pin the muscle you will be working out that day.........no more pip

Go for a walk my friend, it'll wear off in a few days. It gets easier.

Sheeit. I doubt it, but even if it does, that's study was done with regular folks.
.we are on steroids .
Also.
Alcohol
Weed
Masturbation
Soy
Blah blah blah blah
All reduce test levels and hibder growth.
But at such dismal negligible amounts it's of no consideration.
At times I need ibuprofen, and or hydrocodone for back.
I actually do much better in gym on days (bout 1x a month) I eat a PRESCRIBED norco

It's a marginal amount if any in my opinion and gets blown out of proportion. The problem with fitness related studies is there are so many variables you can't accurately give definitive data.
In my situation, I actually notice that I recover better by taking codeine post workout (please don't do this, I'm not advocating the use of perscrition drugs)

If feel your pain. Been there. It's temporary and when you start seeing you're gains you'll not regret taking a little PIP.

I did my first pin about 25hrs ago 1.25ml of test P. Tried the shoulder. The soreness is basically a 2/10. I'm laughing if it doesnt get worse. If it does, ive spoken too soon.
So far so good! Try the shoulder! Although I'm not sure if test e would hurt more or not.

Thank u all so much for the super-helpful and fast responses.
Just wanted to give an update that it has been 24hrs since and I can walk again!!! Though I am walking with a limp but a visible improvement from yesterday . I didn't need an NSAID, just a hot compress-cold compress every 90mins seem to have worked wonders (though I read somewhere to strictly avoid ice but the doctor insisted).
