    New Labs

Here are my results on week 9

Here are some results that are out of range:

    BUN - 23

    Creatinine - 1.45

    Total Test - 3,260

    Free Test - 50

    LH
    FSH
    Estradiol - 44

This is based on 500mg test /wk, .5 mg Adx ED

Some of those numbers scare me. Why is the LH and FSH so low?

LH and FSH go to zero on cycle because your HPTA is shut down.
While hCG will keep your balls functioning, it will not raise LH or FSH.

Well, you know your test is good.
BUN is barely over range. If you fasted for this blood work dehydration can cause. it.
Creatine barely over as well. Odds are it's simply due to working out, having more muscle, etc. More muscle can equal more creatinine.
Why so much adex? Norm would be .25 eod. Know that standard estradiol can/will read higher in men as it's geared for women. Your actual E2 could be much lower. I'd bet money on it actually. Needs to be an E2 Sensitive Assay.

I used LabCorp. Okay so estradiol and E2 sensitive assay are different? I thought those were the same test.

I did Fast for 12 hours for this and I didn't realize I didn't have to fast from water so I was dehydrated a little.

The description reads like there is a difference, I always just make sure to get the sensitive E2. The description reads like the regular estradiol is ECLIA vs. the sensitive being LC/MSMS.
If you have a copy of your order, you could check the code and compare it to the LabCorp site..just a thought?

E2 levels in children, postmenopausal women, and men are much lower than in women of reproductive age. The increased sensitivity and specificity that are achieved by LC/MS-MS are the more appropriate choice for these clinical situations than the electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA) method.1,2 See Estradiol, Sensitive, LC/MS [140244]. LC/MS-MS offers superior analytical sensitivity, specificity and a larger dynamic range than immunoassays.1 The clinical applications benefiting from highly sensitive E2 measurement include the assessment of congenital defects in sex steroid metabolism and disorders of puberty. This sensitive assay also has application in the evaluation of estrogen deficiency in men and menopausal women, fracture risk assessment in these populations, and increasingly, in therapeutic drug monitoring of low-dose female hormone replacement therapy or antiestrogen treatment.

Your free test is low for 3200 total test. I run a 45 free test on 175mg test. Average conversion percentage is 2.5%. Your at 1.5% I convert at about 4.0%. A low dose Oral like anavar could make your cycle much better by converting at a much higher rate.

Interesting. Can you elaborate on the importance of a higher free test and how anavar helps that?

He is probably thinking that your SHBG is elevated.
