I'm on EQ myself atm and I'm loving the effect it's having on my physique as I'm harder and fuller, though some of that fullness is because I've been eating a lot more food. I'm already up 8 lbs in just a few weeks. Some of that is def water but I feel great on it and it's never been so easy to eat this much as EQ has a very positive impact on appetite! Be aware that some people get anxiety from EQ so if you start experiencing that side effect, go to your local vitamin store and buy GABA in powdered form and take 2 grams twice a day.

Now for your question, like duke said it's really up to you. Personally, at your age, I would just go on trt. I'm 35 and decided to do it, although, I've decided I'm still gonna come off completely twice a year for 8 weeks... Just enough to let my receptors up regulate and resensitize again.

Running a cycle and then bridging with low dose test for 6-8 weeks is perfectly fine IF you plan on staying on trt. I wouldn't recommend doing that if you want to come off everything one day and not have to worry about taking exogenous test. It's a big decision and shouldn't be taken lightly. When is the last time you had blood work done?

    Thanks,
If you're on TRT, you don't need PCT so when a cycle ends, it just ends. If you are not on TRT you need to do PCT. To run two cycles practically back to back is not a great idea. Even if you're on TRT, it's a good idea to give your body some time to recover before you run the second cycle. Having said that, I have run cycles longer than 12 weeks. I found that, for me, at about 16 weeks to 17 weeks I stop making gains. I stop my cycle at that point and give myself a few months to rest before I run another cycle.
