    Bad Cramps

Hey guys, I'm currently in a cycle of Sustanon 300 and everything was going good so far but lately I've been getting very bad back cramps on my lower back and also on my calves. Could this be happening due to the water retention from the sustanon? I was thinking of switching to primo and am also on Anavar.

    Post Bad Cramps

Hey guys, I'm currently in a cycle of Sustanon 300mg x weekly and Anavar 100mg a week. Everything was going good so far but lately I've been getting very bad back cramps on my lower back and also on my calves. Could this be happening due to the water retention from the Sustanon? I drink alot of water, also upped my cardio to sweat as well but lately it has been hard for me to work out due to the cramps, please help any advice. I was thinking of switching to Primo and am also on Anavar .

If you were running a higher dosage of oxandrolone, I would be tempted to blame it, but 100mg/week is relatively low.

I used to get super debilitating pumps in my lower back and shin when I walk quickly. I was on 100mg/ed of Anavar with Test.

How often are you pinning sustanon ? It should be pinned every other day. If you meant 100mg per day of Anavar thats a very different story than 100mg per week. You shouldn't be retaining water at a level that would equate to cramps/pumps from only 300mg of Sustanon. No need to switch to primo. In the future you shouldn't cycle with sustanon it's the worst testosterone option. Stick to Prop/Cyp/Enth/Suspension.

Some people find Taurine helpful at reducing muscle cramps @ 2g-6g once or few times per day.

Taurine helps me as does magnesium and potassium (I use coconut water). I find 1 to 2 grams of Taurine is enough most day's unless using Clen or Tren then go up on the dosage. My mobility coach would say cramps are a good thing and learn to work through them but if it is a nutrition issue I would take care of that first. Taurine is very good for you heart so it won't hurt you but it is expensive.

Sustanon is a blend of different testosterone esters.
