22.5 yo, First cycle
Hi guys!
I am 22.5 years old, 85 kg 183 cm and about 12 % bf. Been training for the past 5 years. I have never did any cycle (except cardarin for 8.5 weeks). I want to do a cycle of AAS:
400 mg test e ew
20 mg lgd ed
30 mg turinabol ed
Arimidix 1 pill ew
What do you think? Should I go with the simple one - 500 mg test e ew or something else?
Btw, will I be able to keep most of the gainns? I know its very individual, but is it possible with good diet and training?
Thanks in advance!

Please read this thread. Also at your age, you shouldn’t be doing this.

Thanks for the fast reply! TBH, I wasn't 100% sure about my age, that's why I wrote it too.. I have an another question tho.. If a do wanna run a cycle but of SARMs , which one would you recommend me the most? I read good things about the RAD-140, but because its pretty new I'm not quite sure about it.. What do you think? Thanks again!

No, you should run a test only cycle if you really want to do that. Avoid SARMs and any other compound, since its your first cycle, you'll make a lot of gains on a test only cycle. Do not forget to do some bloodwork before, as its stated on the thread I've referred. But let me say its better to wait a couple of years before you're into gear.

I will wait, but I would also like to hear your opinion on SARMs

Only thing I know about them is they still have side effects but less than steroids . The problem here is that they are not studied enough, so nobody knows the possible side effects that can occur and whether they are as effective or not.
I am not knowledgeable about SARMs so somebody else would help you better than me. I've stated my opinions based on a couple of writings about them, I would be happy to be corrected if I'm wrong.

SARMs can cause shut down just like steroids . Except when you take SARMs and don't take test now your body isn't producing testosterone . No testosterone being produced = bad for health, dick doesn't work, etc.
They are also very new, often faked, and have zero quality control. Atleast with steroids you can get lab kits to test what you are buying to some degree and there's a lot more people using steroids.
With SARMs you could be injecting horse cum into your body and you would never know.
It's a complete waste of time and money and a danger to health.

I would say avoid AAS until you're 26. I wouldn't fault you too much for starting at 25 but....I wouldn't suggest it either. Just stay on these forums, continue to do your own research while reading other people's experiences, don't be afraid to ask questions, even if you are too young. In addition, these forums, and similar forums, have some of the best dieting advice I've ever seen, with people who have the results to back up their claims. I would spend the next few years learning more about diet and training from these guys. Then when you're 26 or so, you'll be better equipped to start a cycle than probably anyone in the history of cycling. And if you follow the diet and training advice given here until then, you'll probably look like you've already got a cycle under your belt when you start.
