Boring thread....
Just a solid nutrition plan and dedication.
Results achieved in 3 months 215# ~25%bf to 170# (dehydrated) 8%bf (DEXA verified)
No AAS no prohoromones just a couple OTC supps and an OTC fat burner.
Just sayin y’all

I’m lost on that myself. I mean you don’t need AAS to build muscle either if you wanna get technical about it.
I like AAS because... they’re awesome. F*ck being normal. I like being something more. I also like knowing I’m not wasting my time because my body isn’t just going to waste away all the years of gains at age 45-50 because... AAS

I don't know a lot about HTML or web page stuff but if I right click on the upper image and select inspect, there is something that says Facebook...yada..yada 2008. Is that significant?
Also, the bottom picture...is that guy's name ?
If you are he, it isn't a violation of your privacy if you have already attached your name to these photos in another portion of the internet ( so, of course, you don't mind.
Now, I'm kind of confused, is this some type of homage to the 1970's (like the title says? Or, is that when the weight was lost? Or, perhaps I'm just not putting this info together right?

Either a troll or hacked account. A simple tinyeye reverse image search showed the before and after pics were two completely different people.
Stealing someone else's photos and claiming it to be you is shameful.
