So I’ve only ever ran clomid pct. But I definitely wanna run an ai this cycle. I’ve 250iu of hcg every other day is good on cycle, but some say post cycle is best. Or 50mg of clomid every other day on cycle. Should I wait to use the hcg for post? Or can I run it during and post

HCG should be run on cycle, not after. 250 iu's x 2 per week is fine.
Clomid will do nothing for you when on cycle.
Always run an AI.

Clomid and nolva is for PCT.
Run HCG only during cycle. For PCT, it can be detrimental to pituitary recovery because it is known to be suppressive.

You need to run Clomid and Nolva during PCT only. Dosed in mgs ed over 4 weeks 75/40, 50/20, 50/20, 50/20. Hcg during cycle as described above.
